Research before attempting. Injuries are real. I'm performing bundled stretches and then fire goat rolls, then using toe shields to perform clamping for 8-10 mins for 3 sets. Followed by pumping intervals of 15 seconds on and then 10 seconds off pressure for a total of 10 mins. Then followed to two more sets of 8-10 min clamping. Fire goat rolls. 2 days on 1 day off. Dick has grown ¾" length and ½" girth since early summer.
