an BellBivDaho : The issue with 3D-printed toys is threefold for me. first is how rigid they would be, silicone toys are nice and soft, they flex and move, and 3D-printed toys will not do that. Second, the smoothing/sealing process to make a toy body safe would take a lot of time and effort. Finally, you can mold a 3D-printed toy to recreate it in silicone, but then you are suddenly a silicone mold maker, and all the stuff needed to do that would not be cost-effective for me.

I'm curious why you don't just 3D print all your toys now? Is acquiring and using the proper material needed for the dildos themselves too much of a hassle, or not save enough money vs the actual brand made finished products to make it worthwhile?
